The substrate must be coated with a PET film or printed with a UV primer (the UV primer must be completely dry before printing with a UV scratch-off primer).
The UV curing machine typically uses 5.6-8kV UV lamps, 2-3 high-voltage multiplying lamps (wavelength 300-400nm), and a conveyor belt speed of 15-55m/min.
This product can be used directly; do not add other non-compatible inks or thinners. Stir thoroughly before use. After printing, seal and store.
When printing on dark inks or substrates, cure the ink immediately after printing, which may take longer. Ensure complete curing to prevent sticking.
After printing, thoroughly clean the screen with an ester, saponin, or ketone solvent. Wait until the solvent has completely evaporated before printing again.
UV inks should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area away from sunlight. The shelf life is generally three months at 5°C-25°C. Do not mix used ink with unused ink.
