UPT pulse heating can not only heat/cool instantly, heat evenly, and control temperature accurately, but also ensure that the heat melting at each point of the heat-sealed edge is more uniform; compared with the mechanical structure of electric heating tube heating, the pulse heating structure is simple and more efficient, and the upper and lower mechanisms can move synchronously; a silicone layer is added to the back of the heating element, which makes the upper and lower mechanisms fit better during welding, extrusion is more uniform, and damage to the material structure is zero.
